Laminated wood panel

MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard)

MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) this panel is made with wood fiber and a synthetic bind.

Why use MDF?

It is homogenous in the three dimension, it has a light texture and it’s more economic than the solid wood. Unlike the solid wood, it doesn’t have any sense in the fiber for the planing or sanding.

The sharpness of it’s texture also permits to have a good area for molding, laquering and machining with the CNC. This type of panel is stable in dry or humide environement but only for inside use.
