MDF (MEDIUM DENSITY FIBERBOARD)

MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) panel is made with wood fibers and a synthetic bind.

Why use MDF?

MDF is homogenous in three dimensions. It has a light texture and is more economical than solid wood. Unlike solid wood, it doesn’t have any grain direction for planing or sanding.

The fineness of its texture also allows it to have surfaces suitable for molding, lacquering and machining with the CNC. This type of panel is stable in a dry or humid environment and is only for inside use.
