This product is made by applying a layer of flexible veneer to the back of a veneer. We can do it in two ways: with a long grain backer that will give good flexibility to the veneer lengthwise or with a short grain backer that will give rigidity and stability to the veneer. After the veneer is flexed, it softens the wood. Then it\u2019s sanded and cut to the dimensions needed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

This product is more rigid than the paperback backer, giving it great stability.
This product still needs good pressure in order to laminate it. You can use contact cement glue. You can also use the J roll to make it if you don\u2019t have any other way, for example, if it\u2019s a curved surface.
