PHENOLIC BACKER

Manufacturing steps :

This product is made by applying a phenolic backer to the back of the veneer that already has  a paper backer. After that, the veneer is sanded and cut to the size needed.

Available sizes :

4×8, 4×10 and cut to size.

Thickness :

0.035 to .0040 thousandth of an inch.

Use :

This product offers the same advantages as the 2 ply and is a good barrier to prevent the finishing product from penetrating the material through the glue and delaminating the product.

You have to test it first to be sure of obtaining good results.
